Keegan Warrington got out of a tight spot in Nigeria by leading about 100 curious Nigerians in an impromptu late-night Oregon State pep rally. Warrington and Koenig were the youngest team and the only student team participating. Their route started in London, then led to France, Spain, Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria and Cameroon.
