An early morning shot of one of the Lake Oswego Interceptor Sewer project’s construction barges is captured by Lake Oswego resident Jim Thomas. The shot, taken around 7 a.m. on Oct. 28, was from Cedar Court on the south shore of the main lake. According to Thomas, “The construction barges are the largest things ever to have floated on our lake. Crews begin their day at 7 a.m. and that’s when the lights go on, making for some unusual sights as shown.”
