ARRESTS
11/17/09 1:29 a.m. Steven I. Bagnall, 24, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of a probation violation and a local charge of possession of a controlled substance.
11/18/09 12:15 p.m. Michael Lyn Stock, Jr., 28, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of failure to appear on a probation violation for driving while suspended.
11/18/09 1:41 p.m. David Allen Hoaglin, 40, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of failure to appear for driving while suspended and probation violation charging DUII.
11/20/09 4:40 p.m. Levi Forrest Wallace, 28, is being held in custody at the Marion County Jail.
11/20/09 8:36 p.m. Billy Joe Norris, 29, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of attempting to pass a forged prescription at a super market pharmacy.
11/21/09 6:17 a.m. Kalvin R. Ransom, 48, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and delivery of controlled substance.
11/21/09 6:17 a.m. Jamie A. Clinton, 24, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance and DUII.
11/21/09 9:29 a.m. Robert Kyler Culver, 23, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of failure to perform duties of a driver in an accident that resulted in property damage.
DUII
11/17/09 1:27 a.m. O. Larry Gaskins, 41, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII.
11/21/09 3:29 p.m. Carl Lee Kisabeth, 49, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII.
ACCIDENTS
11/16/09 12:10 p.m. A motorcycle hit a curb and went down. However, the rider was not injured and was able to get up and leave the scene.
THEFT
11/17/09 7:47 a.m. A laptop, Blackberry and purse were taken from an unlocked car in a garage.
11/17/09 7:38 p.m. A thief broke into a fitness center and is now using a credit card that was stolen.
11/18/09 6:19 p.m. A passport was stolen from a Jeep.
11/19/09 5:55 p.m. A woman aged 17 to 20 stole candy from a convenience store.
11/20/09 9:24 p.m. A GPS worth $200 was stolen from a car while it was parked at an insurance office.
11/20/09 12:49 p.m. A dog’s raincoat was taken from a porch on Third Street.
11/22/09 8:11 p.m. Calder Alexander Tahran, 20, and Ann Marie Swearingen, 23, were lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII and reckless driving following a traffic accident at Boones Ferry Road and Country Club Road.
MISC
11/16/09 1:12 p.m. A 73-year-old female was reported missing in the Lebanon area.
11/16/09 1:16 p.m. A suspicious person was seen standing on a sidewalk outside a house and peering into a window. The homeowner advised that a new tenant had moved the night before and most likely had gotten locked out.
11/16/09 1:51 p.m. A woman says her ex-mother-in-law is saying bad things about her to her 6-year-old daughter.
11/16/09 1:58 p.m. A nasty neighbor has been calling a man names and flipping him off.
11/16/09 2:01 p.m. A large bird was injured on Galen Street.
11/16/09 2:22 p.m. Noisy neighbors at an apartment complex are slamming doors and yelling, especially when they are drunk.
